3rd party, terrible organization, texted, emailed and called constantly during the process, even when I told them to stop until I get off work. But not about the shipment, just to harass me and the driver. They tried to get me to send a picture of my credit card (never do that!) and did not give the driver the details of my shipment, causing him to miss his next load. They took 2/3 of the price and left the shipper with barely enough to cover expenses. Terrible experience for driver and me.

The entire experience was miserable. Montway published set rate, and guaranteed pickup within 5 days and delivery within 7. It took 15 days to book a driver, and another 11 to deliver. My listing stated that the car runs, steers, rolls, and brakes. No where in the listing does it ask if it can shift into gear. Apparently Montway thinks this means they can make me pay another $200.00 directly to them before they will schedule a driver (nope - they aren't even a shipping company!) Terrible. Response from Montway: Thank you for your time.Montway does offer a 1-5business day pick up window from the first available date.Service was rendered as we assigned a carrier on the 4th day.The car was booked as in "Running".When the carrier arrived he confirmed the car was inoperable,and he was not equipped for the job.We were able to reassign a company.As per the additional charge,as the vehicle was inoperable,there is a fee for this as the vehicle has to be loaded with assistance.We have reached out to the customer
