Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services I QUOTED THE CUSTOMER WITH A DATE TIMEFRAME AND PRICE TO REVIEW CUSTOMER REVIEWED AND ACCEPTED MY BID. IM PLANNING ON PICKING UP WITHTIN THE TIMEFRAME I QUOTED. I HAVE ALLREADY SCHEDULED PICKUPS AND DROPOFFS TO GO ALONG WITH THIS ROUTE AND WILL GET IT DONE.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I received a call each of the last two days that shipper would be unable to pick up due to no lift gate

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Two times dates for pickup were set and product was not picked up. Ups has notes saying one thing and the guy over the auction and the loading is saying another. He said he told them his pickup times and days he would be available and they have failed to appear. He asked me to contact UPS and find out whats going on and again UPS has pushed it out to another day for pickup that the person over the auction is not aware of but yet UPS says was set.
