Saved $200 on shipping but waited 11 days for delivery. No communication from the shipper, and no updates to show what was happening with the pallet. I was called at 5:45 pm on Friday evening when it finally arrived. I called once and was put on hold for 25 minutes before being told that it would arrive 1-4 days after the original date. it was supposed to arrive 4 days after pickup. I don't mind the wait, what bothers me is giving me a time frame and not sticking to it.
