Mr. Hayes failed to pick up the furniture, and, what is worse, simply turned off his phone. Why? Well, he had told me that he would pick up my furniture on the way to Philadelphia. But it appears that he was just bidding on a shipment to Philadephia. So he agreed to pick up my shipment hoping to receive the other bid, which he didn't. That's my explanation, anyway. He should not have turned off the phone. He's a nice guy, but not reliable; I should have listened to the man who cancelled in Janua

I have sent notice to Uship about this feedback because I delivered this shipment within 24hrs of bid being accepted.I agreed to pickup at 10am got there at 10:40am phone was not working in the mountains of West Virgina but that was only for about 1hr.This customer told me that when I didn't answer he assumed the worst.I was 40min late on a route that left from ATL to WV to DC.This shipper gave me a nice $tip for getting shipment there within 24hrs.This was a delivery not a cancellation.
