I no longer need my item(s) shipped We need to cancel the booking BL# 42217606 because our customer requested us to add more commodity in the shipment, so we need requote on uShip website since the packing details have been changed.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time RL was scheduled to pick-up our shipment (BL# 41788732) yesterday 6/8/21, and I called them yesterday to double confirmed pickup schedule and the lady said the driver was dispatched, but the driver didn't show up eventually, and rescheduled pickup today 6/9/21. And I called them again this morning and asked if their driver can really come today, and the lady said it's on board, but the driver still didn't show up today. We cannot continue to delay cause our customer needs this cargo HOT. And

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time TForce was supposed to pick-up our shipment (BL# 41430794 / Pickup# WBU33745380) on 5/5/21,
but the driver didn't come, and rescheduled to pick-up on 5/6/2021, but the driver still didn't come, and rescheduled to today 5/7/21, and we called TForce to check today and was told that their driver still won't be able to pick-up today. We cannot keep on extending since our customer needs this cargo HOT.
So we have to cancel it by force. We've booked another carrier Frontline through uShip for pick

on 4/28/21, but the driver didn't show up, and rescheduled to pick-up today 4/29/21,
and the driver still didn't come today, and rescheduled again for tomorrow 4/30/21.
The RL customer service said on the phone that no driver came due to driver shortage.
And since RL driver didn't come plus our customer ordered additional product with us today 4/29/21, we need to add it to this shipment and ship together. So th
