was on the way when receive phone call from seller saying its not possible to collect the bike as payment not bin made

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Cross communication between seller, service provider and myself meant that the collection was missed due to late transfer of funds by the bank. However the collection would still have been possible within original time frame if communication had been better.
