A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer wanted us to cover storage fees. Requested cancelation after being declined.

Initial Logistics is a great company to work with. I was in a bind when a different service provider botched my shipment so I switched to Initial Logistics. It took them 2 days to complete what took the other company 7 days! Mike had great communication skills and responded to all of emails within the same day. I would highly recommend Initial Logistics to anyone looking for great and dependable service.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I needed this car to be picked up on Mon, April 23. After my emails from Thurs, April 19 through Sun, April 22 were not acknowledged, I got a hold of someone by phone and they said the car was to be picked up on Thurs, April 26... 3 days after the date that I stated on uShip. They are very unprofessional and have horrible communication between customer and provider.
