Stunningly horrific experience - driver yelling at my daughter about his money. The $ that goes from UShip to SGT to their contractor to their driver - which has nothing to do with us. Shipment was paid without issues on UShip site, but whatever happened after that was a disaster. Totally unprofessional. Would not release car until those different entities worked out money issues that had nothing to do with us. Driver made my daughter very nervous. Terrible.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Last min cancellation has really hurt. There should be a bond or surety certificate that gets paid if the party fails to perform. This is a substantial impact event that goes way beyond the cost of the move.
