The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Poor communication. I understand problems arise but was told certain days multiple times and then they just didn’t show up. Then finally was texted that it would be an inconvenient route and nothing more.

Randy had great communication which I greatly appreciated. He took photos, sent detailed emails, and was quick to respond to both text and email. I needed a car driven to me and he did it quick and painless and also at a great price. I am the worrying type, but he made sure to make everything go as smoothly as possible. And was great. Definitely recommend!
