Good news first: They picked up item and it was delivered in short order. The item was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped as agreed.
Not so good: As with other feedback, on the pick-up side they rescheduled multiple times. When their truck broke down my item was placed in an open pickup truck with other items jammed against it and driven cross country causing some modest damage. Thankfully it didn't get soaked or it would have been ruined. Some damage that really can't be repaired.
