The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped She just accept the bid last night.I told her it would be there the 7th or or 8th.I will call the day before I pick it up.I dont have time to call all the time.She needs to relax and it will be there safe and sound.Chad

JIm did a great job!! I have had several transporters, none kept in contact to speak of, when they said they would. Jim is in touch regularly, with each end involved. Jim set a delivery date and an estimated time of arrival. He was at my place with my trailer approximately 1 hour after his original time. He drove around 500 miles to my place after being in southern Texaa. I feel he is very organized, seems to take good care of whatever he is delivering.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After making my bid and getting my verification - I tried the email address, it hits the spam mail, not a legitimate email address. I tried calling,, left a message, no response. Tried calling again,, no answer. I do not feel comfortable with this provider I want to cancel the bid.

this person was a waist of time they should not let people on uship that treat people like that.accept my bid and found someone to do it cheaper the next so she cancelled how does uship let people get away with that...

Shannon and Phil were great to work with. My mare was not stressed, considering the weather and the length of trip. I would refer Shannon to anyone wanting to make sure their horse is delivered safe and sound.
