The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Not ready for pickup

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After waiting a week of delay for the pick up day that was agreed, the person showed up late and complained about the lock system which we had to go to the store and buy a new part to then install (which I had to pay for the service), the guy told me he was gonna come back the next day to pick up the boat but he never showed up or answered the phone.
I expect to receive a full refund so I can hire a different carrier.
