A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had some issues with the box truck we have. We had to change plans and do with another vehicle. We are en route to the pickup. We may have had quite a few cancels but what wr also have is alot of 5 star reviews and many happy customers. If he had someone else so be it but it's a holiday weekend and we are willing to still make this happen. Thank you

As always pick up is a pleasure but at delivery the gentleman knew I was coming didn't answer his phone took two and a half hours to get ahold of him and make the delivery at the top of a mountain in North Carolina in a gated community. He knew I was coming and should have been waiting

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved 2 days in a row they did not show up. I need to be able to trust my shippers to be here when they say. I know things come up but this carrier has a LONG list of no shows and cancels. Gave them a shot but just another miss.
