Requested shipment to be delivered with the ability to drive item off the trailer. Driver stated trailer was switched so item was not able to be driven off once delivered. Had to rent a flat bed with that ability and transfer the item (extra expense). Company did have great communication and very friendly. Will use again but more accountability is required.
