Even thou the lady was nice and polite for the most part, she apparently can not add and was paranoid and extremely anxious because her and the dog had never been separated. I stated that I would deliver within 72 hours and I delivered in less than 24, so how I did not meet the agreed upon time I do not know. She constantly called and text making me have to stop, because I do not text and drive, which delayed me further. Just happy the trip was over.

He arrived safely. Only thing that I didn't like was that he didn't arrive when he was originally supposed to. Other than that. All was well.
