The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it When setting up the order, shipper didn't answer our questions about the condition of the vehicle and told us to call the pick up. Pick up contact said: "Let me know when you're coming, so I can put it back together", however, when the truck arrived, car was in many, many pieces and it's virtually impossible for us to ship it. Please, cancel this match.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped the seller of the car made a fraud and there is no car at all, please cancel this shipment since there is no car to be shipped, im really sorry for this inconvinience

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider provider requested a 10% deposit and the balance to be paid cod but payment was already made in full

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider we explain the shipping company the status of the car and it was approved by them, then they didn't want to ship my car as agreed, i need a full refund trough my paypal account please, thanks
Response from Montway:
When booking, shipper declined answering any questions, regarding the condition of the vehicle and told us to call pick up location. Pick up contact said: "Let me know, when are you coming, so I can put it back together". When the driver arrived, car was in 2 major pieces, along with about 15-20 boxes and crates with parts(hard to believe that they're all for the same vehicle), so of course we can't transport it, this is not UPS or FedEx. Please, make sure you don't misrepresent your shipment.
