Shipping customer was very unreasonable and changed their story several times would never ship for them again. She promised to be a responsible pet owner and failed her pet as well as put all the burden on us the transport company. I have worked with shipments for over 10 years and never ran into a situation like this one I am very sad to say I have to leave a negative comment as I always give the best rating so this saddens me to have to do.

Gwendia was absolutely amazing to transport for. Her and her daughters were extremely helpful when loading the dogs and helping them to be comfortable for the ride. The dogs were amazingly well behaved and traveled nicely with us. We had them in our home for boarding for a couple days and I would have them back anytime! Gwendia, thank you for trusting us with your babies. Feel free to call us anytime.

It is with a heavy heart that I write my feedback as my precious Rory died in Lisa’s care. After bid acceptance Lisa tried to negotiate a two-day delivery so she could start her July 4th holiday. At pickup she charged for hotels and pushed for payment. I gave her payment, 200.00 tip,food and drinks Communication during transport was sporadic and untruthful, she didn’t listen to instruction to help Rory. Day4 I was informed Rory died. Lisa “…is hoping potential clients will disregard my review.”

Cindi was wonderful. You can tell she really loves the animals. I highly recommend.

Lillian and hubby just dropped off my 4 dogs and 4 cats. When picking up the animals she spent time learning each individual’s needs. We packed them off for the 3000 mile trip. During the pilgrimage I received updates and could track the precious cargo. My animals arrived very happy. The care and compassion that Lillian has for the animals is unparalleled. I will use her again in the future.
