Took an extra week of calling Tforce everyday to get this shipment delivered after they could not deliver the first time. The driver then refused to drive to our dock despite being truck accessible. Driver then asked me to stack the pallets so he could leave faster. We then got an extra charge for the wrong dimensions. Measured the pallets and they are the exact same dimensions that we put on the BOL. I'm glad we used Uship as they are helping dispute this invoice.

Delivered way past the guaranteed date. not even close, and then refused to refund the premium for the guaranteed rate citing "covid" as the reason for the long delay and that they stopped offering refunds. ok...

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I mistyped the weight and it was supposed to be 294 instead of 2945. I am cancelling and resubmitting the BOL for pickup.
