A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The products that were to be shipped would not of been ready for the time of scheduled pick up.

Many reasons to why I would not use these people again.
1. When picked up, no help bringing anything out from house.
2. items were loaded in a trailer, then moved to another one without being notified about it.
3. Items showed up late, again not being notified.
4. When delivered, not all items showed up, also some items damaged and bags some what destroyed. Items were everywhere in truck
5. Delivery guy showing up extremely late at night.
6. Unprofessional communication.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There has been a problem with mattress shortages, could not receive all mattress at once since they did not have enough in stock. Don’t want to be paying for two different transportation methods. Scott was kind of a enough to tell me to cancel this one, and find another way if possible.
Nothing wrong with this was of transportation, timing was just not suitable unfortunately.
Please let me know what can be done.
