A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved shipper cannot pick up on saturday as requested.

I told the customer I would be coming through his area on friday if he wanted me to pick up his bike.He took that to be I would wait for his bike to be built which ended up would not be ready until saturday.He should have check with me via ask questions.I clearly set time limit in my dashboard.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This is the 5th shipper on USHIP that miraculously has mechanical issues the day BEFORE pick-up is scheduled. Unacceptable. I will be seeking legal advice and seeking proof of receipts for 'tranmission repairs'.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I will be contacting my attorney to determine valid reasons for 'break down' of equipment - this appears to be a pattern on U-Ship - very strange to wait to the last minute (literally) to have 'mechanical problems' - this has happened many times on U-Ship and Luis kept wanting me to give him pick-up details that he already had - which leads me to believe he was stalling the shipment and attempting to buy time. I will seek advice from my attorney and 'real' proof of a vehicle break down.
