Refused to pay down payment per terms of bid. (2) Customer failed to communicate. Was rude during several phone calls up to and including insulting me and hanging up on me. Skye, the truth will set you free. I'm sure your a great hauler and have had many good trips. But please remember, you work for the client not the other way around. Listen to what people are trying to ask you, then speak. You also stated you were a "flatlander". I'm a mountain girl.

Shawn and Heidi are just what I expected from a Professional Cutting Horse Operation. Heidi lived in the Mtns. of Colorado for many years and her Husband has also driven Coast to Coast with their horses Showing and Breeding in a very High Class Sport. Heidi also worked the Polo scene as did I in West Palm, Fla. That is a tough sport to be accepted into. You two will always have a place to vacation in, in Steamboat. Their rig is new, big, very clean. They are also well educated in life and Horses

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The above statement by Service Provider is not exactly correct. 1)I did not refuse to pay Provider. SkyeDS stated that I could pay her upon arrival to pick up my horses. This morning SkyeDS told me I need to come to her place and pay today. Reason for this was from a phone call by myself yesterday. I called her to confirm dollar amount matched UShip. I also asked about her horse trailer. She stated to me before that she had an older trailer that was rusty. Mountain driving is quite dangerous.

Refused to pay down payment per bid/contract terms PRIOR to pickup w/ Paypal (NOT Cash @ Pickup) * Customer failed to communicate. Rude during several phone calls up, insulting me & hanging up on me.
