The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had been in contact with this service provider (securegate) a few times since the date of agreed pick up. We have not been able to contact service provider since. Pick up was scheduled for 11/10/2010 between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM and he did not show up. We called 6 times since 3:00 PM on 11/10/2010 and left 6 messages with service provider because we had not heard from him about the pickup. We read into the terms and realized that it is against Uship policy to use payment methods such as moneyg

Though we had a slight miscommunication along the way, it was resolved and the puppy was delivered as promised to the new owner. I would work with Harry again if needed.

I earned the lower scores on this one. When I make a mistake, I own it. 2200 mile delivery in less than 48 hours was great service, and ultimately everyone was very happy. The problem was I had calculated the wrong mileage, and as a result had an incorrect delivery estimate. Mapquest made a suggestion, and I accepted it without realizing the origin city was in another state. We both should have noticed immediately that I could not cover that distance in 24 hours, but we didn't at first.

James was absolutely awesome in delivering a puppy from VA to NJ, he showed up when he said he would and delivered when expected. He is reliable and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him and definitely use his services again! Thanks so much James! Safe traveling.
