I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I apologize, unfortunately we was not able to accommodate this shipment on the time frame.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I received notification from the app that the driver was dispatched at 2 pm my time.
I waited for the driver to contact me, and reached out to them when I hadn’t heard anything by 5:30 pm.
When I reached the driver I was told he had left already without picking up my shipment as he hadn’t checked the app. Response from abcd2005: I am so sorry this happened, we found out the app was down yesterday and it was fixed this morning.
