I have a 250 cargo van and the customer when I just called stated he had 3 tables, 15 boxes, plants, big pool box, and some other stuff. The ad clearly says will fit in a uhaul van. All of this will not. Please do not penalize us for this as the customer mis represented it.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled The shipper is incorrect. I have told them that I will only give them what can fit in a van.
They told me when they called earlier that their original van had broken down, so my guess is they are attempting to cancel because they do not have the right vehicle to transport.
This is unprofessional to happen two days before my shipment!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped We have decided to temporarily take our house off the market, as there are some issues we need to resolve before we sell it and move the stuff. We will probably reschedule this shipment at a later date. Thanks for your understanding, and hope we have a chance to work with you again in the future!
