After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer My terms for items above 5k state that there are only 2 payment options that we accept, at time off booking and at time of pickup. She wanted to pay at time of delivery and I told her that wouldn’t work. she then because rude and disrespectful to me. So I am not comfortable driving this stuff across the country and spend 2k in fuel and not get any money from her. I set my terms for a reason, she saw my quote and all of that is in the quote about payment options. Shouldn’t have booked with us!

I have reported this shipper to UShip. He is a fraud. I would have been happy to pay him in advance (at pick up) had he ever set a day to pick the equipment up. He simply could not perform the job. I have several texts from him promising to schedule the work then not showing up, or even calling. I had UShip cancel on my behalf and I have submitted all correspondence between us proving this fraud.

They were able to find a driver that could deliver our truck on a very very tight schedule. This is the second time I chose Montway on a coast to coast shipment. The only negative is both times the trucks were delivered filthy dirty (they were spotless at pick up). The truck had red clay type dirt all over it. How on earth did that happen? Hummm? Otherwise great!

Thank you for the feedback. While in transit, vehicles are susceptible to all road and weather conditions. Especially for a 3000+ mile route. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The relocation company is requiring that any equipment used be a minimum of 7’-6” tall to better accommodate my 17.2 hh horse. Insurance will not be valid otherwise. I was originally unaware equipment was 7’ clear. Thank you. Tess Wallace

Excellent communication! Car was delivered on-time - which was a tight schedule. Ability to meet delivery date was main reason I picked them. Very organized and professional group.
