After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer My terms for items above 5k state that there are only 2 payment options that we accept, at time off booking and at time of pickup. She wanted to pay at time of delivery and I told her that wouldn’t work. she then because rude and disrespectful to me. So I am not comfortable driving this stuff across the country and spend 2k in fuel and not get any money from her. I set my terms for a reason, she saw my quote and all of that is in the quote about payment options. Shouldn’t have booked with us! Response from Tess W.: I have reported this shipper to UShip. He is a fraud. I would have been happy to pay him in advance (at pick up) had he ever set a day to pick the equipment up. He simply could not perform the job. I have several texts from him promising to schedule the work then not showing up, or even calling. I had UShip cancel on my behalf and I have submitted all correspondence between us proving this fraud.
