The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Upon accepting Adams offer to move his boat I gave him a window of 7/17-7/18.due to massive floding in n.texas and southern ok it could not be transported.As agreed upon at that time I would have until the end of the mounth 7/31 to have his boat out of the marina in Lewisville tx.no problem can do.the equipment to trans port his boat has a boat on in a rhop for repair it comes out today.adam told me he was not going to pay and wants me to pay for his slips.NO WAY. He pulled the load.

Jim's recollection of the events is inaccurate.He agreed to move the boat on 7/18.After several days of his delays, a storm moved through, further postponing the shipment.Jim committed to moving the load the following week. That did happen. After multiple unreturned calls, Jim finally told me his trailer was broken and he would not be able to complete the shipment. For that reason, I cancelled.Although Jim did not fulfill his commitment, I did not ask him to pay for my now 2 boat slip payments.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I worked with Service Provider to reschedule this shipment several times. In his defense, one was due to weather. This morning I learned a problem with Service Provider's trailer has led to another postponement meaning I am now potentially paying for boat storage at 2 marinas this month. At this point, Service Provider is unsure if he has the equipment to complete the job. For that reason, and the fact that I need the boat moved in the coming days to try and avoid paying double boat storage f
