I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipper is hard to get a hold of. Shipper responded to only email over a 3 week period. Did not follow up from his initial email stating when he would pick up. I wish he would have responded right away to just cancel the shipment. Now, we have wasted 3 weeks, and I need to restart the entire process. My customer was not available to receive the items between 12/10/2019-12/18/2019. Shipper estimated that the order would be delivered by 12/8/2019.
