This is the first shipment for me affected by Covid19. It did go as well as could be expected. The two factors leading to a delay in receipt of their puppy, were the need to cross a border in a Pandemic and the courier hired to cross the border had a vehicle break down which required waiting for parts. Through it all this loving family (lucky dog) stayed in touch and worked well to solve the problem. The biggest problem we had, were customs agents and their definition of "nonessential"!

Larry is a very kind and caring man - he took such great care of our little Freddie puppy on his long trip. There were some issues with the breakdown of the truck at his dropoff point...Larry not only rerouted to meet the truck driver in a new location, but he even took the driver (who was stuck in a small town with no food/supplies) to the nearest Walmart to get what he needed. I can't begin to explain how grateful we are for Larry's professionalism and kindness. He truly loves animals.
