Upon multiple communications, the member could not provide the documentation, shipping recipients necessary to deliver the car to the port destination. Coupled with the fact, the payment terms were outside of uSHIP payment guidelines. The member is from Nigeria, and PayPal does not accept payment from Nigeria, so a third-party was introduced to resolve payment. All I heard was, "don't worry, we will sort it out". This whole job is suspect at best.

This service provider happens to be new in this business( check his profile).The dock receipt didnt come in on time because the shipper (AES)couldnt see the Title number on the faxed title clearly enough. He didnt even know what a dock receipt is and i had to do all the training through over 40 emails. The upseting thing was when he asked for money for 10 photocopies and that he might take my car to storage. Initiallogistics picked my car up the following day only after 3emails NOT over 40 emai

Cant have the experience any better. Very professional and money was secondary. They were more eager to get evidence that the car was delivered than getting their money.They are extremely reliable.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider did not show appropriate experience as required by me to carry out the service. Too many petty issues were disturbing and i became uncomfortable.
