About Me

Single operator with a late model 3/4 ton pickup truck (6.5ft bed). I also have several trailers including a 20ft 15,000 lb rated open equipment trailer. I carry select loads within Southern New England as well as NY and PA.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Iron planet took forever to answer the phone,Than they gave me 5ft wide when its listed as 4ft wide which at 6 items adds another 6ft of deck space..I cant speak to the actual pick up location to see if thats correct or if they can load them a certain way to take up less space,So its best to cancel as i need to have direct contact with the pick up site..

Broker wasted 4 days before ultimately cancelling. And claims are bogus. Dimensions asserted are not accurate whatsoever, max difference (if ANY at all!) is 1.5ft total across 6 items, not 6ft. Phone took <15 minutes on 2 separate occasions. Direct contact was never listed as a requirement on the bid, and frankly is a terrible justification to cancel a load. It appears they bid based on stacking, which was not listed, and they simply could not broker out at a profit when they were incorrect.

Good communication, and they were able to broker the load to an operator promptly and he did a great job. Only hiccup was not realizing extra fee of 3.5% to use credit card noted in paperwork

Had some hiccups early on due to driver illness, and communication could be better with delivery contacts on timing. However item did arrive intact and within the requested timeframe

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider wasted 4 days from the date of signing attempting to verify whether the load could be stacked - it was marked in the ad as NON-stackable. Inaccurately claims for contact. In addition they made a false claim that the shipping sizes provided were off by 1ft, which is not true. As a result they said they are unable to fill this service. My guess is as a broker, they were unable to find anyone to take the load based on their quote. Terrible 'customer service', will not use again
