A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After several attempts to meet the customer a agreed upon time could not be meet. The customer did very little to help with this and was unwilling to make any changes. So much so that was gonna interfere with more shipments. They wanted to meet at unrealistic times throughout the days that he knew I couldn't make. Even attempted to other solutions that he messed around with time again so they wouldn't work. Was very poor at communication and toke hours to respond making it nearly impossible.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After booking customer requested for me to meet another driver at drop off point and I would need to wait for them. Was not communicated before booking. Unable to accommodate this properly as there is a scheduling conflict with a pick up scheduled prior to accepting this shipment.

Driver was in accident...Did not have replacement driver
No courtesy to ask if driver is OK
Never told her 9:30 - Told her between 10:30 & 11:00. She text me at 9:30 said she was leaving
The vaccination sheet was typed and not signed by Vet...But I accepted it in good faith. The bill of lading was questionable but again I accepted it in good faith
Never "went off on her'...Just not my style.
And yes, she was vey uncooperative

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After several attempts, this service provider failed to pick up the dog at agreed upon time. I am no longer comfortable working with them.
