The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper refuses to communicate. he was to pick up by today, when i called he hung up then i got a text to text him, when i asked him when he will be picking up he refuses to respond. He has locked up the order and prevented anyone from taking it. Nothing but a liar who is unproffesional Simply refuses to communicate, not sure if its because he doesnt know how. HORRIBLE

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper lied about being to pick up the shipment with in the time frame, reached out last week and he stated he would be able to meet the dates and deadlines, yet he resuses to communicate reached out today and he refuses to get back to us. he clearly locked up the shipment so no one else could bid on it. Nothing but unproffessional. Unable to keep a coomitment and has now created more issues with the customer due to their lies.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Company agreed to pick up by the 24th as per the listing on uship, had to call the carrier multiple times today, the 24th, and they stated they will not be here till the 26th
carrier failed to pick up on time, communicate that they would not be able to honor their word or agreement
Carrier failed to pick up and deliver on time Carrier also refuses to communicate professionally
Blames the driver
