The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The add clearly states that the collection and delivery dates are "flexible" the job was listed on the 25thJan accepted on the 27th, our terms were that it would be collected in 7 days. When contact was made with the customer we said that it could only be collected Sat30th to which he said was ok. When I spoke to him on Friday to arrange pick up times for Saturday morning he told me that where we were collecting from wasn't open on weekends, he is now bombarding my phone saying I owe him money.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time In my advert the vehicle had to be picked up by the 29th, I received a quote and accepted but then couldn't get hold of the person, when I finally did he said he was only able to collect on Saturday the 30th but copart is only open Monday to Friday and after the 29th I get charged storage of £15 a night so I want this back as well either from him or you until the van is collected, if I'm paying for a service from both of you and not getting it something needs to be done.
