The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment It's annoying that when a provider cancels. We still need to cancel on our end, relist / cannot pick another already provided quote from a non-flaky provider.
Where is our refund for the cancelled order from PHARAOH?

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The truck was at the the garage causing delay in the pick up. So we had to cancel.

Late, not response. The piece got there broken, he did not tell us, client returns piece, Andrew did not help to return the piece. Trouble and twice the work.
Im Very frustrated with this experience.
