The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The dates where disclosed on the auction when the vehicle needed to be picked up by.
The shipper bid and shipment was booked, shipper then extended the pick up date after the booking. This conflicts with our needs.
Shipper has since apologized and we have started another auction.
Please reverse our charges, thank you.

Randy was prompt, professional and an overall nice guy to talk to. He was careful in handling my motorcycle and did whatever it took to make sure I was happy with the transport.
He took the time to call me and let me know how things were going.
The bike arrived at it's destination on time and in the same condition it was when it left.
