Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services
|
|
Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward In every email I explained my fee was $1,200.00 cash at pick up.
Not matter what uship fees where, the client clearly understood this and accpeted the offer.Upon contact the customer wanted refrence's, I complied with top notch clients who have used us.
This Person Never Called one of them. Then he wanted to change the terms to pay in check after delivery & add more things items like cases of wine. I offered my truck registraion, copy of my license, and I signed reciept for the cash. I am out

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I put up my maximum price as $1200, After haven paid Uship about $160 the service provider still states I have to give him $1200 in cash. I am not comfortable paying that amount and in cash.
I will want to concel the shippment with BostonMovers. I would prefare to deal with a service provider that is traceable with transactions and stick to my $1200 max bid. Response from BostonMover: Customer agreed and understood the rate to me was 1200. did not want to pay cash after we won the job. Changed items to add more than listed.
also wanted to pay after offload vs pay upfront as agreed upon. offered to give reciept for cash, copy of license, and registration. gave him refrence's he didnt bother to call. felt something was not right with this guy, If you check his listing you can see the conversation and I clearly state my terms. He wanted to change terms after we won the work.
