Eric was fabulous. Easy to work with, very good communication before the bid, before the pick up, and during the trip. A wonderful gentleman that I would highly recommend to anyone. He was great with the dogs, very considerate of them and their comfort. I was totally at ease once I met him and during their trip. He even arrived ahead of time! Very reasonable bid - which was very helpful under the circumstance.
