A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Previous pick up and delivery had complications which delayed the day. Customer needed by a certain time in the evening and would not accept any other time or day of delivery. Response from Mark B.: Shipper wanted to pick up before my desired date. I went out of my way to make it happen. Very poor communication on the part of the shipper. No notice of delays until last minute. These delays arose early in the day which could have easily been communicated and worked out but weren’t communicated. Value of my time and shipment didn’t seem of much importance. Pick up and delivery could not happen.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was told pick up would be between 4-5pm on Friday and delivery on the same day (I’m 3.5 hours away).
Driver is 50 minutes late as it is and he is still 1.5hrs away from the pick up destination.
Deliver should have been between 7:30 and 8:30 - I am now looking at a 10:30 or later delivery.
Far past an acceptable delivery time.
All communication was initiated on my end and I was never kept updated unless I sent a message. Very bad communication.

My apologies for the delay and inconvenience this cause the driver assigned to you run will no longer be doing work with me. As he was told not to delay and to make sure he did it correct because it was my name on the line. And I take that serious. As I commented to you prior if you still need it done or done I will be glad to personally handle this for youband finish the job.
