I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment we was told it was a 43ft trailer could never get the correct dimensions for this trailer said weight was 1lb ?? we keep asking for corrections.could never get reply once we sent our 35oo pickup to pick up the trailer it turned out to be an actual semi trailer that was not specified in listing or bookings.we cancelled a bid to accept this load and caused us to lose out the mileage and pay for this in which we were able to pickup asap and get delivered now we are out$1987.71 in truck repairs beca

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I can not believe this person is now turning everything around. Everything that he states is false. What really happened is that this person kept on asking to reschedule the pick up date, of course to make time for the deposit he asked through paypal to process and take our money. I hope uship helps us out with this

when you pay a deposit to get your shipment hauled you need to tell people that your trailer is a semi trailer not just a tow-away we did not ask you not 1 time to reschedule this load nor did we wait for anything to clear before this anyone that deals with pay pal knows that the payments are instant and no waiting period.you misrepresented this shipment and would not return our calls always his wife answering phone which knew nothing about it, pedro be realistic read TERMS COND mistake not ours

We are new to Uship and have worked with a few people only. By far Carpentersconstruction has been one of the best, they have excellent communication, they keep you up to date and everything was on time. We would love to work with them again. Thank you for the great service
