I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We are unable to accomodate the dates that are needed for this shipment.

First they accept the bid, and with no phone call, they cancel the bid 7 days before pickup. Would not recommend.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

Delay after delay. More excuses than you could imagine. First it was his truck, then his trailer, then another trailer. Finally the person at the pickup location was leaving town for a month and I had to make a decision. I ended up geting a real hauler that cost me $600 more. I would not recommend.

Where do I begin? James is aces all the way. He treats your property like it was his own. He arrives on time, picks up the load and delivers exactly when he promises. He will go above and beyond what is required to satisfy his customers. If you have the opportunity to do business with this gentleman, you will be pleasantly surprised as to the level of excellence that he achieves. I will keep his number for ALL my future shipments. My wife and I consider him a good friend. Thanks so much.

On almost all of my quotes I list pick up within 14 days off bid acceptance. apparently this shipper overlooked those very important facts. The shipper purchased the boat from an individual who was leaving the country for the winter 3 days after he accepted my bid. I tried my best to accommodate him but it was impossible without jeopardizing other customers who did read my scheduling dates and already obtained cast in stone pick up times. Sorry .
