Sorry about the delay of getting your moped to you. But not being available when the truck first passed through NC was an unavoidable problen. And had to wait till the return trip north.

Bike delivered today, one week after the date that was requested, and accepted. On my request I was clear that the delivery should be done between Jan 2 or 3. On Jan 1st I received a SMS saying it would be delivered that day. I was out of country, and asked to delivery next day... no flexibility and just received today, one week later.
That was not the correct way to do business, at least on my view.
