A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper needed a 2.5 hour window from noon to pick up the item. We only had till 1:30 pm any weekeday because he worked second shift in a coal mine. I have used u-ship many times in the past and it was always a pleasure to work with the shippers. This time I am working through a middle man which has been a very bad experience. I am very disgusted and just want a refund.

Paid for enclosed transport and when it arrived it was on an open trailer. Frustrating to contract for one thing and get another. It did arive on time though

was sent out for delivery only on open trailer for about 20 miles...was shipped enclosed the rest of the way.
