Not sure why Matt marked us down on our entire ratings. Matt booked the bike with as after our pickup dates and delivery dates had already passed. At the time of booking, we explained that we were no longer in the area and offered to cancel the shipment so that he can find someone else to accommodate his shipping dates. Mr. Matt did not want to cancel and was more than happy to wait for us. We delivered just as we promised, but yet he marks us down. Either way, Thank you Matt.
