I do specified in my listing that my item needed to be wrapped for protection. Mike gave a bid. I contacted him and clarified that the item needed to be wrapped. He picked up the item, didn’t wrap it and as a result, a significant part blew away on the highway. This wouldn’t have happened if it was wrapped. As a result, I’ll have to have the drawer reproduced and finished. I wish Mike the best, but wish he hadn’t accepted the offer.

I can’t believe I forgot to leave feedback for John. He was such a good person and handled my item that was extremely huge with the upmost respect. I would not hesitate to call him again.

My antique refrigerator was picked up and delivered, but suffered significant damage on the way.
It's sad because I wasn't told about any of this. I was out of town at the time of delivery and was just asked to release the payment.
I realize the refrigerator was heavy, but I stated it was 275 lbs in the listing.

Loren was wonderful. He took good care of my antique refrigerator. We kept in contact. The whole shipment was handled very well. He knows what he's doing and is prepared.
