After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider We were contacted by uship.com that this provider's uship account has been suspended and provider had failed to respond to many contact requests from uship. This made us very uncomfortable with using the provider. In addition provider sent us contract stating all tolls were not included in quote and shipment would not be released upon delivery until tolls paid - thought this was unprofessional. We resolved this issue but still thought very unprofessional.
