The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have reached out to Loves Transport multiple time over the past week to get an eta for pickup. The agreed window of pickup was 6/22-6/26 after multiple opportunities for them to respond with an updated pickup they have failed to respond with any date. I don't feel comfortable with them transporting this table to my client when they haven't been able to give me a pickup date so I can update my client. I would not want my client in limbo as well waiting for a delivery day. I would like to cancel

Actual feedback from my buyer this shippment was delivered to. “Hi Drew! Actually, I’m out of town and so my husband took the delivery, but your delivery guy was super nice and accommodating over the phone so I’m sure it all went well.” Thankful for thus great service.

Loved using these guys. I had a great experience and they delivered our table super quickly after pick up. They had the driver call me and their dispatcher. It seemed well organized and intentional?. They were able to adjust my pick up day to what favored me after assigning a certain day first. Great to work with and would work with them again.

Tiffany and company did an amazing job and arrived right on time. They got my delivery to the destination and stay in touch with my buyer as well. This is the first time Ive used UShip and I was definitely skeptical but this experience has won me over to be a full-time user. ?
