The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The statues are solid stone with total weight in excess of 3000 lbs.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was under the impression that the items where cast iron and weighed 400 pounds, they where solid stone and I just could not move them even with a lift, made to attempts to pick it up. Explained to customer it was carved stoned and I was concerned it would get damaged.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately the weight of the items was not accurate it was off by 400-500 pounds. That will require a lift gate and a pallet jack Joe the customer and I tried to figure out a way but we decided to cancel the shipment the customer will re list with the correct weight. We wish him good lick with the shipment
