A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved i did talk with the custermer my van had broken down the day before it took me three days to repair it the drive shaft had broken and i had to order none from the delealer im so but that was the reason

if the van did break down why did he not get in touch with me to let me know was happening. it was just an E/Mail.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time did not collect item on agreed date,and have not been able to get in touch with him since. have E/mailed them several times. and spoken to them about delivery but still have not heard anything from them.
