The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The dog has some type of bacteria according to pickup location (Karen). The vet will not clear with health certificate and said dog should not travel with other dogs until bacteria is gone. Pickup location (Karen) could not tell me what type of bacteria the dog has. The pickup location (Karen) has known about this bacteria for 5 days and only informed me the evening before pickup when I called to discuss time for pickup the following morning, even though we had talked a couple times in the da
