A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Please notice that I REQUEST the cancelation. yesterday we supposed to pick up the car. we called the client with 4 hour before...like we agreed and told him that at 7pm we are ar collection place. he told us he must leave from home at 7 and we must wait till next day. i cannot stau 14 houts at a collection adress because i have a schedule to respect. today he callled me on phone and swered me..called me "asshole"...is this possible??? how come always "the clients" have rights...and we...transp
